讨论了基于彩色CCD( 电荷耦合器件) 的火焰温度测量的比色法,对其主要的两个误差来源(带宽和灰度)进行了分析,提出了误差校正方法。在某电厂的锅炉上进行了验证性试验,结果表明,这种测温方法方便可行,具有一定的应用前景。
The colorimetric method based on flame temperature measurement of color CCD (Charge Coupled Device) was discussed. The main two error sources (bandwidth and gray level) were analyzed and the error correction method was proposed. The confirmatory test was carried out on the boiler of a power plant. The results show that this temperature measurement method is convenient and feasible and has certain application prospects.
