社会对个人知识结构、技能有高需求,对学生的社会关系、公共交际能力也有很高的要求。高职院校所开设的“公共关系课程”是提高学生公共关系素养的主要课程,教师应该从各方面入手,提高高职生的公共关系素养。提高高职生公共关系素养的有效路径在于树立学生为主体的教学思想,以开放的课堂方式提高学生的创新能力。
Society has a high demand for individual knowledge structure and skills, and has high requirements on students’ social relations and public communication skills. The “Public Relations Curriculum” offered by higher vocational colleges is the main course to improve the students’ public relations literacy. Teachers should start from all aspects to improve the public relations literacy of higher vocational students. The effective way to improve the quality of public relations of higher vocational students lies in setting up the student-centered teaching thought, and improving the students’ innovative ability in an open classroom.
