介绍了1 780 mm热连轧机组ORG技术。对普碳钢、铁素体不锈钢和奥氏体不锈钢等典型钢种进行了轧辊磨损测试和轧辊在线研磨试验。试验结果表明,不同钢种对轧辊磨损的差异较大,其中奥氏体不锈钢对轧辊的磨损最大。在手动全面研磨时采用低等研磨效率和中速摆动,能消除辊印缺陷,辊面光洁;在自动全面研磨时采用中等研磨效率,在研磨间隔为1块钢卷轧制时间时能很好地消除轧辊边部凹槽。
The ORG technology of 1 780 mm hot strip mill is introduced. On the carbon steel, ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel and other typical types of steel roll wear test and on-line grinding mill test. The test results show that different types of steel roll wear greatly different, of which the largest austenitic stainless steel roll wear. The use of lower abrading efficiency and medium-speed oscillating in manual full abrading eliminates roll defects and smooth roller surfaces; moderate abrading efficiency in automatic full abrading and very good lapping intervals of 1 coil Elimination of roller edge groove.
