目的:分析导致此次医疗纠纷的原因,为正确处理医患矛盾提供依据。方法:对死者进行救治的个体诊所、“120”急救、医院、法医中心进行调查,收集相关资料。结果:患者系因冠心病、急性心肌梗死、心脏破裂而死亡。结论:个体诊所应提升医疗技术水平,患者家属应利用合法途径正确对待医疗纠纷,政府部门采取有效措施,防止医疗纠纷恶性事件的发生。
Objective: To analyze the causes of this medical dispute and provide the basis for the correct handling of contradictions between doctors and patients. Methods: The individual clinics to rescue the deceased, “120 ” first aid, hospitals, forensic centers to investigate and collect relevant information. Results: The patients died of coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction and heart rupture. Conclusion: Individual clinics should improve the level of medical technology. Family members should take proper measures to treat medical disputes correctly. Government departments should take effective measures to prevent the vicious incidents of medical malpractice.
