班会课,大多数情况都是班主任集编著、导演、主角于一身,学生是配角、观众。每周一的班会课上,大家的习惯做法是班主任布置一些学校要求做的事务,指出一周内存在的问题,批评某个学生,要求学生以后应该如何做等等,班主任在唱独角戏,学生在下面似听非听,索然无味,不但效果差,久而久之,学生会对班会课产生厌烦的情绪,失去了班会课的作用和教育意义。就如何上好班会课提出了一些看法。
