电子商务中必不可少的一环就是网上支付,第三方支付工具支付宝为网上支付解决了信用问题,使它不再成为我国电子商务发展的瓶颈。支付宝是将客户体验作为品牌认同的基础,通过了解客户的需求,更好的服务消费者同时也为企业创造利润增长并能真正的把握利润增长的幅度。经较长时期可以构建整合性的品牌情感认同并建立相互信任的感情沟通方式。
The essential part of e-commerce is online payment. Alipay, a third-party payment tool, solves the credit problem for online payment, making it no longer a bottleneck in the development of e-commerce in China. Alipay is based on customer experience as the basis for brand identity. By understanding customer needs, better service consumers also create profit growth for the company and can truly grasp the extent of profit growth.
