目的廓清《农学报》(1897年)之前综合性期刊中关于近代西方农学知识的传播脉络,清理西方农学在中国引进演变的轨迹。方法通过统计分析考证和比较法,全面调查《农学报》之前晚清综合性期刊中涉及农学知识的文献。结果《东西洋考每月统记传》《中西闻见录》和《万国公报》最早刊载了《推农务之会》《英国农器》《英国农政》《农事要策》等文,后来以《格致汇编》《时务报》《知新报》3份期刊的农学报道最为集中。结论西方传教士与中士所办综合性期刊对西方农学的报道,先于《农学报》59年即有单篇文章,后有“农事”专栏,并间接催生了之后《农学报》专业期刊的诞生,在中国农学史和中国新闻事业史上具有划时代意义。
Objective To clarify the spread of agronomic knowledge in modern western countries in the comprehensive journals prior to the Agricultural Science Journal (1897) and to clear the trajectory of the introduction and evolution of Western agronomy in China. Methods Through the statistical analysis of the textual research and comparison method, a comprehensive survey of the Agricultural Science Newspaper before the late Qing comprehensive journals involved in agricultural knowledge of the literature. The results of the “Eastern Western Monthly Monthly Biography”, “Wen Wei Lu Lu” and “Universal Declaration” first published the “push agricultural practices” “British agricultural” “British agricultural” “agricultural policy” and other texts, Later, with “lattice compilation”, “Current Affairs News,” “Chihpen Daily” three journals agronomy most concentrated. Conclusion The Western Journal of Agricultural Sciences reported by the comprehensive periodicals run by Western missionaries and sergeants had a single article prior to the Agricultural Journal in 59 years and was followed by the column entitled Agricultural Affairs, The birth of professional periodicals has epoch-making significance in the history of Chinese agronomy and Chinese journalism.
