建立了小麦植株、籽粒和土壤中抗倒酯及其代谢物残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品中残留的农药用乙腈-0.1mol/L H3PO4提取,提取液加NaCl盐析除水后,取乙腈层直接进样分析,采用电喷雾串联质谱仪在多反应监测扫描模式下进行测定,基质外标法定量。抗倒酯及其代谢物抗倒酸在各自的线性范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.999。对小麦植株、籽粒和土壤中抗倒酯和抗倒酸在3个添加浓度水平的回收率进行测定,其平均回收率在73.8%~98.2%之间,相对标准偏差在0.5%~4.8%之间。抗倒酯和抗倒酸的检出限分别为0.05 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg。
An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of the amount of trinexapac-ethyl and its metabolites in wheat plants, grains and soil. The remaining pesticides in the sample were extracted with acetonitrile-0.1mol / L H3PO4. The extract was treated with NaCl to remove the water. The pesticides were directly injected into the acetonitrile layer and analyzed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (MS-MS / MS) External standard method. The anti-upturn and its metabolites anti-acid in their respective linear range, a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The recoveries of trinexapac-ethyl and anti-acid in wheat plants, grains and soils were determined at three concentrations, the average recoveries ranged from 73.8% to 98.2% with relative standard deviations from 0.5% to 4.8% between. The detection limits of trinexapac-ethyl and anti-acid were 0.05 mg / kg and 0.5 mg / kg, respectively.
