借助Gleeble1500热模拟实验机,对GH4700镍基合金热加工组织演变规律进行了研究。结果表明:合金在热压缩过程中发生了动态再结晶,形核地点主要为晶界、原始晶粒内部的大块一次碳化物和晶内的形变带。随着热加工温度的升高和应变速率的减小,动态再结晶比例增大,晶粒尺寸减小。GH4700合金电渣锭在温度1140~1170℃、应变速率0.01~0.1s-1条件下开坯,可以获得晶粒均匀的组织。
With Gleeble1500 thermal simulation test machine, GH4700 nickel-based alloy thermal processing microstructure evolution. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization of the alloy takes place during hot compression. The nucleation sites are mainly the grain boundaries, the massive primary carbides and the deformation bands in the grains. With the increase of hot working temperature and strain rate, the proportion of dynamic recrystallization increases and the grain size decreases. GH4700 alloy electroslag ingot at a temperature of 1140 ~ 1170 ℃, strain rate of 0.01 ~ 0.1s-1 under the conditions of pre-billet, you can get uniform grain structure.
