我国逐步扩大的住房压力使保障房建设成为国家的民生工程,“两房”并轨后公租房作为保障房的主要形式成为投资重点。然而随着经济与社会的快速发展,居民对公租房的安全适用性、经济合理性要求不断提升,而很多公租房仍存在问题,居民满意度并不高,导致很多已建公租房仍有闲置。本文对公租房居民满意度现状进行分析,以长春市为例进行调查研究,分析原因并提出了满意度提升策略,期望为吉林省公租房的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。
China’s gradual expansion of housing pressure to ensure the construction of affordable housing into the country’s livelihood projects, “two rooms ” after the merger of public rental housing as the main form of protection as investment priorities. However, with the rapid economic and social development, residents ’safety and fitness for public rental and their economic rationality are constantly on the rise. Many public rental housing problems still exist, and the residents’ satisfaction is not high, resulting in many idle public housing units . This paper analyzes the status quo of the satisfaction of public rental residents, taking Changchun as an example to conduct an investigation and study, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the strategy of improving satisfaction, and hopes to provide useful reference for the sustainable development of public rental housing in Jilin Province.
