为了开始在我国小学中实施基本生产技术教育,“小学教学计划”中规定一至六年级要增设手工劳动科。本学期,已经有一部分学校增设,本刊已经收到了有关稿件约二百篇。从来稿中可以看到,广大教育工作者是十分重视这个学科的,并创造了不少很宝贵的经验,这些都是很好的情况。现在,把来稿中所看到的一些初步经验和存在问题归纳于后,供大家参考。首先是开设手工劳动科之前,教师必须充分学习有关文件,正确认识增设手工劳动科的意义。手工劳动的增设,是为了开始在我国小学内实施基本的生产技术教育,从而更加完整的体现全面发展的教育方针。绝大多数教师都抱着满腔热情,用积极的态度和新的观点来迎接这一学科。但也有些教师对增加这一科目的意义认识不足,有人把手工劳动看得很难,认为“现在实行基本的生产技术教育,增设手工
In order to start the implementation of basic production technology education in primary schools in our country, the Primary School Teaching Plan stipulates that manual labor departments should be established for grades one to six. This semester, there are already some additional schools, this issue has received about 200 manuscripts. Now, some preliminary experiences and existing problems seen in the contributions are summed up for your reference. First of all, before opening a manual work department, teachers must fully study the relevant documents and correctly understand the meaning of adding a manual work section. The addition of manual labor is intended to begin the implementation of basic production technology education in primary schools in our country so as to more fully reflect the education policy of all-round development.
