目的:观察急性失血对家兔左心室功能的影响。方法:本实验通过左心室插管,并用SMUP-PC生物信号处理系统进行采集、处理记录心功能指标。结果:当失血10%和20%时,心率加快,血压降低,观察的心收缩功能指标有明显改变;在室收缩期最高压(Peak)降低,左室舒张期最低压(EDP)降低,左室内压上升最大变化率(dp/dtmax)增大,左室内压下降最大变化率(-dp/dtmax)降低,心室内压在5.32KPa时。肌纤维缩短的速度(Vce5.3)升高;在失血30%时,心率明显加快,血压明显降低,Peak、EDP、±dp/dtmax、Vce5.32的绝对值均明显降低,P均小于001。结论:在轻度失血(10%、20%)时,左心室功能是增强的,但在严重失血(30%)时,则左心室功能是抑制的。
Objective: To observe the effect of acute blood loss on left ventricular function in rabbits. Methods: The experiment was performed by left ventricular catheterization, and the SMUP-PC biological signal processing system was used to collect and process the cardiac function indexes. Results: When the blood loss was 10% and 20%, the heart rate increased and the blood pressure decreased. The observed systolic function indexes changed obviously. The peak systolic pressure (Peak) and the lowest left ventricular diastolic pressure (EDP) The maximum rate of change of indoor pressure (dp / dtmax) increased, the maximum rate of change of left ventricular pressure decreased (-dp / dtmax), and the pressure of ventricle was 5.32KPa. The velocity of shortening of muscle fibers increased (Vce5.3). At 30% of blood loss, the heart rate increased significantly and blood pressure decreased significantly. The absolute values of Peak, EDP, ± dp / dtmax and Vce5.32 were all significantly decreased. Conclusions: Left ventricular function is enhanced at mild hemorrhage (10%, 20%), whereas left ventricular function is suppressed at severe hemorrhage (30%).
