对高强管线钢,在焊接作业中由于焊接峰值温度的不同,焊接热影响区所表现出来的组织特性和性能将会有所差别,以X80管线钢为例,通过焊接热模拟试验分析了在不同焊接峰值温度和线能量下,试验钢的组织变化和峰值温度对材料硬度、冲击韧度的影响。 For high strength pipeline steel, due to the difference of peak welding temperature, the microstructure and properties of HAZ will be different.
