运用LS-DYNA仿真软件研究了弧锥结合罩的结构参数对双模毁伤元EFP和JPC形成的影响规律。通过改变弧锥结合罩的锥角、圆弧曲率半径和药型罩壁厚,对比分析形成的毁伤元性能规律,得出药型罩结构参数对EFP和JPC长度、长径比、速度等成型参数的影响规律。结果表明:弧锥结合罩的圆弧曲率半径、锥角和壁厚存在最优值,锥角在140~150°、圆弧曲率半径在40~50mm、药型罩厚度在3.6~4.0mm范围内取值较好。该数值模拟结果可为进一步研究双模成型装药提供参考依据。
Using LS-DYNA simulation software, the influence of structure parameters of arc cone joint cover on the formation of dual-mode damage elements EFP and JPC was studied.
