试验建立一种检测畜禽粪便中25种β-受体激动剂的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经酸性乙腈提取,加C18粉净化,浓缩后用0.2%甲酸溶解进样,经液相色谱-串联质谱进行多反应检测。结果显示,在1~100μg/kg质量浓度范围内25种β-受体激动剂基质添加标准曲线线性良好。在5~50μg/kg添加水平条件下,猪和鸡粪便中25种β-受体激动剂类药物加标回收率为71.0%~103.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均低于15.0%;试验方法的定量限和检出限分别为5和1μg/kg。
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of 25 β-agonists in livestock and poultry manure. The sample was extracted with acidic acetonitrile, purified with C18 powder, concentrated and dissolved in 0.2% formic acid, and then detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the standard curve of 25 kinds of β-agonist matrices was well linear in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100μg / kg. The spiked recoveries of 25 β-agonists in pig and chicken excrements ranged from 71.0% to 103.0% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) below 15.0% at 5 ~ 50μg / kg level. The limit of quantification and limit of detection were 5 and 1 μg / kg, respectively.
