建筑施工企业的劳动主体是职工,目前职工的劳动保护工作出现了一些新情况、新问题,如何做好职工的劳动保护工作,成为当前建筑企业亟需解决的问题。在建筑企业职工劳动保护中,必须采取组织的、技术的措施,依靠科学管理和技术进步等手段,消除劳动过程中危及生命安全和职业健康的不良环境和行为,全面履行劳动保护职责,不断提升管理水平,这对建筑企业劳动保护工作起着重要作用。
