一、尼诺的发生对太平洋西岸及我国的影响 1.尼诺现象 在正常情况下,太平洋西部亚洲沿岸的水面比太平面东部靠近南美洲的水面要略高一些也暖和一些。但是每隔几年,太平洋的这种正常“倾斜”就要倒转一次。在发生这种现象的一年之后,太平洋水面东西边缘竟会发生高达1米的“倾斜”变化。这种变化产生的巨大影响打乱了太平洋东西两岸的季风与湍流运动规律,使在正常情况下降雨区发生严重干旱,干燥区则连续下起滂沱大雨,,这就是所谓的“尼诺”现象。 2.海平面的变化 我国濒临太平洋,不仅海域辽阔而且海岸线长,为探索震前海平面异常提供了广阔的研究场所。近几年国内外不少人在研究海平面变化与地震的关系,我国渤

NINO Phenomenon Under normal conditions, the water level along the western coast of the Pacific Ocean is slightly higher and warmer than the water level near the eastern part of the Pacific near South America. But every few years, this normal “tilt” in the Pacific is going to be reversed. A year after this phenomenon occurred, a “tilt” change of up to 1 meter occurred on the east-west edge of the Pacific Ocean. The tremendous impact of this change has disrupted the laws of monsoon and turbulence on the east and west coasts of the Pacific Ocean so that there will be severe droughts in the rainfall area under normal circumstances while torrential rains continue to occur in the dry areas.
