急性会厌炎是耳鼻咽喉科发病急骤、来势凶险的急性感染重症之一,可引起突然死亡。现将我院1976年6月至1986年6月诊治的农民急性会厌炎91例进行分析。 一、临床资料 男66例,女25例,以20～30岁、60～69岁为多,共占82.42％。发病1天内就诊者26例,2～5天内67例,7天1例。由扁桃体周围脓肿后下型炎症蔓延引起者1例。会厌谷鱼骨导致感染引起者1例;因咽喉不适采用民间勾、烙疗法致会厌边缘
Acute epiglottitis is a sudden onset of otolaryngology, potentially dangerous acute infection, one can cause sudden death. Now in our hospital from June 1976 to June 1986 diagnosis and treatment of peasant acute epiglottitis 91 cases were analyzed.
