目的分析上消化道出血的原因。方法选择住院的2008年2月~2010年8月上消化道出血病例137例,对上消化道出血的原因进行分析。结果 1、出血病因:上消化道出血的主要病因以消化性溃疡为主,其中十二指肠溃疡出血较胃溃疡出血多见;2、出血部位:胃是上消化道出血的常见部位,其次是十二指肠出血。结论消化性溃疡是上消化道出血的主要病因,可能与饮食不当、酗酒、药物不良反应有关。
Objective To analyze the causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 137 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in hospital from February 2008 to August 2010 were selected and the causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed. Bleeding causes: the main cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer bleeding more common than gastric ulcer bleeding; 2, the bleeding site: the stomach is a common site of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, followed by Duodenal bleeding. Conclusion Peptic ulcer is the main cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, which may be related to improper diet, alcoholism and adverse drug reactions.
