5月1日,新修订的《消防法》正式生效实施。新《消防法》修订的重点内容之一,就是进一步强化各个主体的消防安全责任,建立覆盖全社会的消防安全工作责任机制。落实消防安全责任制,制定本单位的消防安全制度、消防安全操作规程,制定灭火和应急疏散预案等是企业贯彻落实新《消防法》的重中之重。
May 1, the newly revised “Fire Act” came into effect. One of the key contents of the revision of the new “Fire Control Law” is to further strengthen the responsibility of fire safety for all subjects and establish a responsibility mechanism for fire safety work covering the entire society. The implementation of the fire safety responsibility system, the establishment of the unit’s fire safety system, fire safety practices, the development of fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans are enterprises to implement the new “Fire Act” top priority.
