超高转差电机驱动游梁抽油机,具有较好的启动性能和软机械特性,适于游梁抽油机带载启动和周期性变载荷的工作特性。在同一油井条件下,与普通异步电机比较可以减小电机和洪电系统的装机容量,降低抽油机的扭矩峰值;延长抽油设备的使用寿命;有利于节能和增产。但是,关键在于根据油井条件,合理选用超高转差电机的机型和电机、油井参数的匹配,才能发挥其优越性。若选用和选配的不合理,效果适得其反。本文提出电机最佳转差率的选配原理和方法,应用电子计算机优化出具体油井的最佳转差率,根据它选用电机机型,设置转矩型式,以期达到合理选配参数的目的。
Ultra-high slip motor driven beam pumping unit, has good start-up performance and soft mechanical properties, suitable for load-bearing beam pumping start-up and cyclical variable load operating characteristics. In the same well conditions, compared with ordinary asynchronous motor can reduce the installed capacity of the motor and flood system, reduce the peak torque pumping unit; extend the service life of pumping equipment; is conducive to energy saving and increase production. However, the key lies in the well conditions, the rational use of ultra-high slip motor models and motor, oil well parameters match, can play its superiority. If the use and matching unreasonable, the effect is counterproductive. In this paper, the optimal principle and method of optimal slip of the motor are proposed. The optimal slip of the concrete well is optimized by computer. According to the selection of the motor model, the torque type is set so as to achieve the reasonable matching parameters.
