杭州市余杭区卫生学校(简称“余杭区卫校”)多年来致力于农村医学成人学历教育工作,在农村医学人才成人学历教育方面积累了诸多工作经验,并形成了农村卫生人才学历教学“6+12”的余杭模式。余杭模式由6项核心框架和12项行动要素组成,6项核心框架是:坚持“政府统筹”部署的教学目标设置[1],依照“社会需求”定位的培养专业选择,遵循“宽进严出”原则的教学管理制度,突出“教学相长”
