火力发电厂机组在启动和低负荷工况运行时,测量主蒸汽流量的节流装置随之产生附加误差.为消除该误差,流量公式不仅需进行蒸汽密度的压力温度补偿,还需对流量公式中的c,ε,β等全部参数进行压力、温度和差压信号的补偿.因此根据误差分析和数据处理获得了全补偿的流量公式.该公式形式简单、准确度高,适用于计算机和单片机进行在线、实时测量启动和低负荷工况下的主蒸汽流量.
Thermal power plant units in the start-up and low-load operating conditions, the measurement of the main steam flow throttling device followed by additional error. In order to eliminate the error, the flow equation not only needs to be compensated for the pressure and temperature of the steam density, but also for the pressure, temperature and differential pressure signals for all parameters such as c, ε and β in the flow rate formula. Therefore, based on error analysis and data processing, a fully compensated flow formula is obtained. The formula is simple, high accuracy, suitable for computer and microcontroller for online, real-time measurement of the main steam flow at low load conditions and start.
