目的:探讨DSA设备中仿真内窥镜技术在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中的应用及价值。方法:对32例颅内动脉瘤患者行3D-DSA检查,再利用ADW4.4图像工作站进行仿真内窥镜重建、分析。结果:32例经DSAVE重建的动脉瘤,均能清晰显示动脉瘤瘤颈、瘤内结构,在载瘤动脉的开口及与相邻动脉开口的关系。结论:DSAVE技术能比常规DSA、3D-DSA提供更多、更全面的影像资料,对颅内动脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗有着重要的指导作用。
Objective: To explore the application and value of simulation endoscopy in DSA equipment in intracranial aneurysm embolization. Methods: 32 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysms were examined by 3D-DSA, and then simulated endoscopic reconstruction with ADW4.4 image workstation. Results: All 32 aneurysms reconstructed by DSAVE clearly showed the aneurysm neck and intratumoral structures, the relationship between the opening of the parent artery and the opening of the adjacent artery. Conclusion: DSAVE can provide more comprehensive and comprehensive imaging data than conventional DSA and 3D-DSA, and plays an important guiding role in interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms.
