肺功能检测是呼吸系统疾病诊治不可缺少的重要一环,而用力肺活量(FVC)的检测临床上最为常用,它基于容量/流量传感技术和计算机技术的肺量计,可实时检测呼吸容积和气体流量,同时描绘出时间容积曲线(V-T)和流量容积曲线(F-V),是其他肺功能检查的基础。虽然学龄前儿童的自我调节控制能力较弱,试验难度较大,但学龄前儿童(3~6岁)用力肺活量的检测已引起人们越来越多的关注。本文就学龄前儿童进行用力肺活量检测的可行性、质量控制标准及已建立的学龄前儿童用力肺活量正常参考值的预防方程式做一综述。
Pulmonary function testing is an indispensable part of the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases. FVC is the most commonly used clinical test. It is based on volume / flow sensing technology and computer-based spirometry and can detect respiratory volume and The gas flow, along with the time volume curve (VT) and flow volume curve (FV), is the basis for other lung function tests. Although pre-school children’s self-regulation and control ability is weak and the test is difficult, the detection of forced vital capacity of pre-school children (3-6 years old) has drawn more and more attention. This article reviews the feasibility of preschool children’s forced vital capacity testing, quality control standards and established prevention equations of preschool children’s forced vital capacity normal reference value.
