目的研究山茶花总黄酮(TFC)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡的影响。方法用改良Longa法行造模术,制成局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,参照Kato法对海马CA1区组织学改变进行分级,采用TUNEL法和电镜法观察缺血区脑细胞凋亡情况。结果TFC可明显减少缺血区神经细胞的死亡,对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后的细胞凋亡有明显的抑制作用。结论TFC可明显抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后的脑细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of total camellia flavonoids (TFC) on the apoptosis of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by modified Longa method. The histopathological changes of hippocampal CA1 area were classified according to Kato’s method. The apoptosis of ischemic brain cells was observed by TUNEL and electron microscopy . Results TFC could significantly reduce the death of ischemic neuronal cells and significantly inhibit the apoptosis of rats after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion TFC can obviously inhibit brain cell apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
