蘑菇培养料的前发酵,常因科堆的底部及中心部位缺乏足够的氧气,而抑制了嗜热细菌、放线菌等微生物的增殖,使料发酵不彻底,粘性大,酸性重,不利蘑菇高产。针对这一问题,我们结合推广后发酵技术,对前发酵的堆制操作工艺也作了改进,进行了简易地垄料堆通气装置试验,经过连续五年的应用,取得了较好的效果,现简介如下。(一)材料在栽培面积为111.1米~2、培养料千重约400kg 的料堆需准备20余块标准砖,150×5cm 的杂木棍或毛竹27根,40×6cm 短杂木10根。
