高粱是我省主要酿酒原料,近年随着酿酒业的蓬勃发展,原料缺口十分突出。杂交高粱具有产量高、抗病能力强、适应性广等特点,生产上种植面积日益扩大。其栽培技术要点如下: 一、选用良种四川省农科院水稻高粱研究所选育的623A×50R,1987—1988两年试验,亩产450—600公斤,1988年全省多点试验产量名列第一,较地方品种洋高粱增产30%以上。籽粒中含粗蛋白7.89%,单宁1.09%,总淀粉66.40%,是一个高产、抗病、适应性广、中散穗、中熟种、适于酿酒的杂交高粱新组合。
