目的：观察中西药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：162例患者随机分为两组,对照组64例予氯雷他定片及西米替丁片治疗;治疗组98例在对照组基础上,加服消风止痒汤治疗。两组均

目的：观察中西药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：162例患者随机分为两组,对照组64例予氯雷他定片及西米替丁片治疗;治疗组98例在对照组基础上,加服消风止痒汤治疗。两组均以治疗8周为1疗程。结果：有效率治疗组为93.9%,对照组为75.0%;治疗结束3月后随访,痊愈病例中复发率治疗组为13.8%（8/58）,对照组为63.6%（14/22）。两组有效率及复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中西药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的近期及远期疗效,均较单纯西药疗效好。
