本文报告了中华麦饭石、北京麦饭石、工地砂石HAM-F12培养基对二倍体人胚肺细胞、人肺腺癌细胞和人肝癌细胞增殖能力的影响.结果表明,中华麦饭石矿化水对正常人胚肺细胞增长有促进作用,使细胞指数生长期延长1天,细胞增殖能力维持在较高水平。但是,中华麦饭石矿化水对肿瘤细胞增殖能力有抑制作用,细胞增长倍数及克隆形成率明显减低(P<0.05和P<0.001).以上中华麦饭石的抗衰老抗肿瘤作用超过其他各组.其作用机制可能与麦饭石元素组成成份有关。
This paper reports the effects of Chinese maifan stone, Beijing maifan stone, site sand and gravel HAM-F12 medium on the proliferation of diploid human embryonic lung cells, human lung adenocarcinoma cells and human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The results showed that Chinese maimai Stone mineralized water promotes the growth of normal human embryonic lung cells, prolongs the exponential cell growth phase for one day, and maintains cell proliferation at a high level.
