教育心理学把影响学习潜力发挥的因素分为两大类:一类是智力因素,另一类是非智力因素。智力因素主要包括:观察力、理解力、分析力、记忆力、想象力、思维能力;非智力因素主要包括:动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格。国外许多心理学家研究证明:非智力因素是学习上能否取得成果的重要因素。本文就非智力因素在教学管理中的作用与培养谈儿点认识。有的放矢,端正学习动机。学习动机是引起、维持和推动学生学习的主要动力。要使学生积极参与课堂教学活动,必须采取有效的手段,端正学生的学习动机。具体方法:一是激发学生的求知欲,这是促进学生进行创造和学习活动的重要动机。二
