随着教师队伍的不断年轻化,如何提高他们的师德修养,已成为学校师资队伍建设的主要工作之一。近年来,我校对此作了一些探索,取得了较好的效果。 1、管理意识到位青年教师师德建设领导重视、管理意识到位是关键。我校党支部每年都将师德建设纳入当年精神文明建设规划,并作为全年经常性的工作来抓,还积极开展处室、教研组师德建设创建活动。在推行用人制度改革的过程中,各部门在研究制订师资队伍规划时,把师德建设纳入总体规划。
