自七十年代中期Fleischmann等发现表面增强喇曼散射(Surface EnhancedRaman Scattering,简称SERS)以来,SERS研究已成为光散射研究中一个很活跃的领域。Fleischmann最早发现吸附在银电极表面吡啶的SERS光谱,以后Creighton等得到了吡啶吸附在金和银溶胶颗粒上的SERS光谱,还发现了岛膜表面吸附分子(离子)的SERS光谱。目前,半导体表面的SERS现象研究进一步引起人们的关注。本文就首次观察到的异菸酸在银溶胶上的SERS光谱及异菸酸在银电极上的SERS光谱作简单介绍。
Since the discovery of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) by Fleischmann et al. In the mid-1970s, SERS has become a very active field in light scattering research. Fleischmann first discovered the SERS spectra of pyridine adsorbed on the surface of silver electrode. After that, Creighton et al. Obtained the SERS spectra of pyridine adsorbed on the gold and silver sol particles, and also found the SERS spectrum of the adsorbed molecules (ions) on the surface of the island membrane. At present, the research of SERS phenomenon on the surface of semiconductor has further aroused people’s attention. In this paper, the SERS spectra of isonicotinic acid on silver sol and the SERS spectra of isonicotinic acid on silver electrode are briefly introduced.
