近年来,我国的职业教育在办学规模与办学水平上都取得了显著的发展与提升,但是在学生的培养质量方面仍然存在一些问题,例如,职业院校毕业生普遍存在综合素质水平不高的问题。结合笔者近年来的学生工作经验,本文就这一问题进行了探讨,分析了现行高职教育中对学生综合素质的培养问题,并提出了应对的策略。
In recent years, the vocational education in our country has made remarkable development and promotion in the scale of running a school and the level of running a school. However, there are still some problems in the quality of training of students. For example, graduates in vocational colleges generally have low comprehensive quality problem. Based on the author’s work experience in recent years, this paper discusses the issue, analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities in higher vocational education, and puts forward some countermeasures.
