目的了解我区2006-2010年法定传染病流行趋势和流行特点,分析传染病流行特征及其影响因素,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2006-2010年唐山市路南区法定传染病疫情报告资料进行流行病学分析。结果2006-2010年全区法定传染病疫情报告数呈逐年下降趋势;不同街道发病率相差很大,经济发达地区高于经济落后地区;男女比例历年无明显变化;年龄以25～30岁报告发病率最高,其次为20～25岁,>85岁年龄组最低;职业分布中以工人组发病率最高。结论我区2006-2010年法定传染病流行形式虽呈逐年下降趋势,但血源及性传播的行为性传染病发病构成比逐年提高,应引起政府足够重视。
Objective To understand the epidemic trend and epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in our district from 2006 to 2010, analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases and their influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemiological analysis of the report of the notifiable infectious diseases in Lunan District of Tangshan City from 2006 to 2010 was conducted. Results The number of reported cases of notifiable infectious diseases in the whole region declined year by year from 2006 to 2010. The incidence rates of different streets varied greatly. The economically developed areas were higher than those in economically backward areas. There was no significant change in the proportion of men and women over the years. The age was reported from 25 to 30 years old The highest rate, followed by 20 to 25 years old,> 85 age group minimum; occupational distribution in workers group highest incidence. Conclusion Although the prevalence of notifiable infectious diseases in our district decreased year by year from 2006 to 2010, the incidence ratio of infectious diseases of sexual origin and sexually transmitted diseases increased year by year, which should be paid enough attention by the government.
