一、概述为了研究钨、钼、铌、钽等难熔金属材料的机械性能,这些金属材料的试样,在高温条件下暴露在空气中会加速金属的氧化。因此必须置于真空中或者充惰性气体保护。研究难熔金属的高温长时强度试验机,例如真空高温持久试验机和真空高温蠕变试验机等,一般都采用4×10~(-5)托以上的高真空。在真空高温条件下,如何测准试样上的温度
I. Overview In order to study the mechanical properties of refractory metal materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, niobium and tantalum, the samples of these metal materials are accelerated to metal oxidation by exposure to air at high temperature. Therefore must be placed in a vacuum or filled with inert gas protection. High-temperature long-term strength testing machine for refractory metals, such as vacuum high-temperature endurance testing machine and vacuum high-temperature creep testing machine, generally adopt high vacuum above 4 × 10 -5 torr. How to measure the temperature on the sample under the conditions of high temperature and vacuum
