目的 观察低浓度三氯乙烯 (TCE)接触对人体脂质过氧化和抗氧化物酶系统影响。方法 用气相色谱法测定空气中的TCE浓度 ,用分光光度法测定尿中TCA浓度 ,用试剂盒测定血清中MDA、SOD、ROS、GSH和GSH -PX。结果 空气中TCE浓度为 31 5mg/m3 ,TCE接触组SOD含量明显低于对照组 ,两者差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,且SOD含量与TCA浓度呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,而接触组的TCA浓度、MDA、ROS、GSH含量以及GSH -PX活力则明显高于对照组 ,MDA、ROS、GSH含量、GSH -PX活力分别与尿中TCA浓度呈正相关。结论 接触低浓度TCE可使脂质过氧化作用加强 ,脂质过氧化产物增多。同时对机体抗氧化酶系统有刺激作用 ,使机体抗氧化物酶系统反应性升高 ,呈现一种应激状态。
Objective To observe the effects of TCE exposure on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme system in human. Methods The concentration of TCE in air was determined by gas chromatography. The concentration of TCA in urine was determined by spectrophotometry. The contents of MDA, SOD, ROS, GSH and GSH-PX in serum were determined by kit. Results The concentration of TCE in air was 31 5mg / m3, and the content of SOD in TCE exposure group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). The content of SOD was negatively correlated with TCA concentration (P <0. The levels of TCA, MDA, ROS, GSH and GSH-PX in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The contents of MDA, ROS, GSH and GSH-PX were positively correlated with urinary TCA concentration. Conclusions Exposure to low concentrations of TCE can enhance lipid peroxidation and increase lipid peroxidation products. At the same time the body antioxidant enzyme system has a stimulating effect, so that the body’s antioxidant enzyme system increased reactivity, showing a state of stress.
