检测各类样品416份,细菌总数合格率为15.63%,大肠菌群合格率为39.18%,肠道致病菌检出率为6.60%,佐料中粪大肠杆菌检出率为63.33%,不合格样品细菌总数平均超过国家卫生标准431倍,大肠菌群平均超标230倍。
