手足口病是一种在手、足及口腔内发生小水疱为特征的肠道病毒性传染病,主要发生于儿童,可散发或流行。笔者近年来收治20例,现报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料20例均为本院门诊病例,其中男13例,女7例,除1例为32岁女性外,余者均为4岁以内儿童。病程为3～5d。1.2 临床表现口?
Hand, foot and mouth disease is a type of enterovirus that is characterized by small blisters in the hands, feet and mouth. It occurs mainly in children and can be distributed or prevalent. The author admitted to 20 cases in recent years, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 20 cases were hospital outpatient cases, including 13 males and 7 females, except for one case of 32-year-old female, the remaining children were within 4 years of age.
