Production site is a dynamic, complex and ever-changing system, which is the first line of business activities and the “focal point” of various management functions of an enterprise. Some of the root causes of major problems involving production and product quality are often directly from the scene. When there is a problem on the scene, the probability of developing itself in a prosperous direction is much less than that of a bad one unless measures are taken in a timely manner and left to its own advantage. Peter Drucker, a modern management guru, once said that “companies that do not value field management have no future.” Therefore, the level of a business site management is not only an important manifestation of corporate image, but also directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.
