今年,是我国亿万劳动者最值得振奋鼓舞的一年。因为从今年开始,将有三部重要劳动法律先后实施,劳动者的合法权益将受到全方位的立体保护。去年6月29日,8月30日,十届全国人大常委会第二十八次、第二十九次会议先后通过《劳动合同法》、《就业促进法》,己于今年1月1日正式施行;去年12月29日,十届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议通过的《劳动争议调解仲裁法》,也将于5月1日起正式施行。这三部法律的出台,使我国形成了一套比较完备的劳动法律制度,具有里程碑的意义,这是我国社会领域立法的新进展、新壳点。关于《劳动合同法》的主要精神,本刊在第1期己作全面介绍。本期将对另外两部法律作简要解读,以方便读者理解。

This issue will briefly explain the other two laws to facilitate the understanding of readers.
