目的研究微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法 152例肾结石患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组87例采用微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,对照组65例采用传统开放手术进行治疗。经不同治疗后,对两组患者手术相关情况及一期取石情况进行对比分析。结果试验组手术时间、手术出血量及住院时间均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组一期取石完全率为92.0%,对照组一期取石完全率为76.9%,试验组一期取石完全率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.7902,P=0.0092)。结论采用微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石,损伤小,恢复快,取石效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods 152 cases of kidney stones were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Eighty-seven patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy using pneumatic lithotripsy, and 65 in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery. After different treatment, the two groups of patients with surgery-related situation and a comparative analysis of stone situation. Results The operation time, blood loss and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The complete stone extraction rate was 92.0% in the first phase of the trial group and 76.9% in the control group %. The complete stone extraction rate of the first stage of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.7902, P = 0.0092). Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotracheal lithotripsy treatment of kidney stones, small damage, rapid recovery, the stone is good, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
