球墨铸铁比普通铸铁易于产生铸造缺陷,但由于焊修工艺没有很好掌握,因而过去每遇配件发现铸造缺陷或在运用中发生裂损时,大多报废,造成很大损失.因此如何焊修球墨铸铁缺陷是一个急待解决的问题. 在球墨铸铁焊修技术上首先要解决的问题可以归纳为下列几点: ①保证焊道石墨球化良好; ②消除焊道和焊道与母材交界处的白口组织; ③消除焊道针孔. 我厂从1955年起开始进行球墨铸铁焊补试验工作,虽然在焊道的组织、性能与母材一致方面取得了一些成果,但是关于焊道针孔的消除问题,一直到1964年经过多次试验才得到解决.焊道针孔问题解决
