主要阐述了通过对侧进侧出加热炉退料炉门和出料炉门前的出炉辊道进行优化改造。(1)将退料炉门延伸加长,避免外溢高温火焰烘烤出炉炉内摄像头,改善出炉摄像头的工况环境,延长出炉摄像头的使用寿命;(2)利用下线旧悬臂辊代替炉门口处电机辊道,避免了电机辊道电机频繁烧坏、辊道犯卡等故障的出现,保证出钢节奏,杜绝因辊道故障引起的热停工,降本增效明显。
