感应电动机分解检测的周期取决于润滑脂的使用寿命,这是目前所用的所有轴承零件和材料的最低使用寿命。所以,非常希望延长润滑脂的使用寿命。为满足这种要求,对润滑脂腔的结构进行了大量研究,得出的结论是由于润滑脂腔的形状对润滑脂润滑效果有直接影响,所以最基本的是要对其结构进行改进。为建立润滑脂腔的设计准则,用不同形状的小型润滑脂腔进行了实验室静态试验。
The period of induction motor decomposition detection depends on the service life of the grease, which is the lowest service life of all bearing components and materials used today. So, very much hope to extend the service life of grease. In order to meet this requirement, a lot of studies have been done on the structure of the grease chamber. The conclusion is drawn that the shape of the grease chamber has a direct effect on the lubrication effect of the grease. Therefore, the most basic structure is to improve its structure. To establish the design guidelines for grease chambers, laboratory static tests were conducted with small grease chambers of different shapes.
