触电是电力系统的职业病,并为重大伤亡事故之首,因此,做好触电的预防和现场抢救是电力系统安全生产的首要任务。我们对华东五省一市电力系统1990～1991年触电防治状况进行了调查,现将调查资料分析报告如下:资料和方法1.调查对象:能源部全国电烧伤治疗中心所属浙江、江苏、安徽、江西、福建省和上海市电力系统院前触电急救网络联络员107名,分布于107个单位。2.调查项目:(1)1990～1991两年中触电事故概况,处理及预后;(2)联络员自身院前触电急救专业培训及工作情况;(3)联络员对本单位职工预防触电及触电急救知识培训工作开展情况;(4)困难及要求建议。
Electric shock is an occupational disease in the power system and is the first of major casualty accidents. Therefore, preventing electric shock and rescuing on the spot are the primary tasks of power system safety production. We conducted a survey on the situation of electric shock prevention and control in power system in five provinces and one city of East China from 1990 to 1991, and the report of the investigation is as follows: Materials and Methods 1. Survey respondents: The National Electric Burn Treatment Center under the Ministry of Energy belongs to Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, There are 107 contact persons in front of the emergency power network in Jiangxi, Fujian Province and Shanghai Electric Power System. They are distributed in 107 units. 2. Survey items: (1) Overview, treatment and prognosis of electric shock accident in 1990-2001; (2) Professional training and working conditions of contact personnel in front of hospital for first aid of electric shock; (3) Liaison staff to prevent electric shock and electric shock First aid knowledge training work carried out; (4) Difficulties and suggestions.
