在江汉棉区由于每十年中常有3—4年秋雨低温出现,造成棉花迟熟,纺棉产量降低,直接影响棉花经济效益的提高和棉麦两熟稳产高产。因此提高棉花品种的早熟性和纺棉产量,是棉花育种的主要目标。 1983年夏秋季节多雨、低温、寡照,造成棉花迟发晚熟、烂桃增多,因此该年是鉴定棉花品种的早熟性和纺棉产量最有利的年份。现根据我所育种材料在1983年的表现,对提高棉花品种的早熟性和纺棉产量的综合选择指标进行探讨。
In Jianghan cotton area, the low temperature appeared frequently in 3-4 years in every ten years, resulting in the late maturity of cotton and the decrease of cotton production, which directly affected the improvement of economic benefits of cotton and the stable yield and high yield of cotton and wheat two crops. Therefore, to improve the precocity of cotton varieties and cotton production, cotton breeding is the main goal. In the summer and autumn of 1983, the rainy, low temperature and the low light caused the cotton to late late maturity and the rotten peach to increase. Therefore, it was the most favorable year to identify the precocity and cotton yield of cotton varieties. Based on the performance of our breeding materials in 1983, we discussed the comprehensive selection index of improving precocity and cotton yield of cotton varieties.
