目的研究低氧对胰岛功能的影响。方法选择有不同程度呼吸困难、发绀、缺氧的无糖尿病史病人19例,采用吸氧、抗感染对症治疗,进行治疗前后多项指标观察。结果治疗后较治疗前缺氧改善、血氧分压明显上升,血清胰岛素、C肽水平有明显上升。提示低氧能引起胰岛功能降低。结论临床上对有低氧血症,尤其是伴有糖尿病易患因素的病人,应该积极改善和纠正缺氧状况,维持血氧分压在正常范围,以保护胰岛细胞,维持胰岛分泌功能
Objective To study the effect of hypoxia on islet function. Methods Nineteen patients with no history of diabetes with different degrees of dyspnea, cyanosis and hypoxia were selected and treated with oxygen inhalation and anti-infective symptomatic therapy. The indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, hypoxemia was improved and the partial pressure of blood oxygen increased obviously, serum insulin and C-peptide levels increased significantly. Hypoxic hypoxia can cause reduced islet function. Conclusion Clinic patients with hypoxemia, especially those associated with diabetes mellitus, should actively improve and correct hypoxia, maintaining the partial pressure of oxygen in the normal range in order to protect islet cells and maintain the function of pancreatic islets
