【目的】对比分析启用期刊网上定稿会系统前后《中国防痨杂志》论文出版时滞状况,探讨期刊网上定稿会系统对期刊论文出版时滞的影响。【方法】统计2009—2011年(启用期刊网上定稿会系统前)、2012—2014年(启用期刊网上定稿会系统后)《中国防痨杂志》出版的72期1349篇论文的题目、收稿日期及出版日期等资料,使用SPSS16.0软件建立数据库,使用秩和检验对比分析两个时间段论文出版时滞。【结果】在启用网上定稿会系统前(2009—2011年)论文出版时滞最短21天,最长618天,时滞极差为597天,中位数205(121,272)天。在启用网上定稿会系统后(2012—2014年)论文出版时滞最短10天,最长516天,时滞极差为506天,中位数108(54,172)天。启用网上定稿会系统后论文出版时滞明显短于启用前(Z=-15.409,P<0.0001),二者间差异有统计学意义。【结论】《中国防痨杂志》编辑部采用网上定稿会系统后进一步缩短了出版时滞。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the delay of the publication of dissertations of “Chinese Journal of Prevention and Treatment of Oncology” before and after the opening of periodical online conference system, and to discuss the influence of periodical online conference drafting system on the publication delay of journal articles. 【Method】 The statistics of 1349 papers published in 72 articles published by Chinese Journal of Antibiotics between 2012 and 2014 (after the online edition of the journal is finalized) And publication date and other information, the use of SPSS16.0 software to establish a database using rank sum test comparative analysis of two time periods dissertation publishing delay. 【Result】 The paper published the shortest 21 days, the longest 618 days, the worst skewness was 597 days and the median was 205 (121,272 days) before the online finalized system was enabled. After the online finalization system is enabled (2012-2014), the dissertation publication has the shortest time lag of 10 days, the longest 516 days, and the lag time is 506 days with a median of 108 (54,172) days. After opening the online finalization system, the time lag in publication of the essay was significantly shorter than before the opening (Z = -15.409, P <0.0001), with significant difference between the two. 【Conclusion】 The editorial department of “China Anti-tuberculosis Magazine” further shortened the publication delay after adopting the online finalization system.
