本文报道了65例SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能检测结果,并与67例健康献血员值进行比较。还进一步研究了44例SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能的动态变化。结果表明,30例活动期患者的RBC C_(3b) RR非常明显低于正常值(P<0.01),RBC-ICR和CIC非常明显高于正常值(P<0.01)。14例缓解期患者的RBC C_(3b) RR与正常值相比无明显差别(P>0.05),而RBC-ICR虽下降,与正常值仍有非常明显差别(P<0.01)。文章讨论了SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能动态观察中的各种情况,提出CIC含量是影响两种花环率的重要因素,其与RBC-ICR之间呈平行趋势,而与RBC C_(3b) RR则相反。提示RBC免疫功能可望作为判断SLE病情活动和缓解以及药物疗效的参考指标之一。
In this paper, 65 cases of SLE patients erythrocyte immune adhesion function test results, and 67 healthy blood donor values were compared. Further study of 44 cases of SLE patients with erythrocyte immune adhesion dynamic changes. The results showed that the RBC C_ (3b) RR of 30 active patients was significantly lower than the normal value (P <0.01), RBC-ICR and CIC were significantly higher than the normal value (P <0.01). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the RBC C_ (3b) RR and the normal value in 14 remission patients, while the RBC-ICR was still significantly different from the normal value (P <0.01). In this paper, various situations in the dynamic observation of erythrocyte immune adhesion function in SLE patients are discussed. It is suggested that CIC content is an important factor affecting the two types of rosette rate. The CIC content is in a parallel trend with RBC-ICR, The opposite. Prompt RBC immune function is expected to be used as a reference index to determine the activity and remission of SLE and drug efficacy.
